Accounting Associate - Accounts Payable

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with book keeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Well organized
- Amenable to work in Pasig
Responsibilities:
- Supervise every aspect of the company's accounting function
- Oversees the accounting department's daily operations
- Monitor the performance of the Accounting Department
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
- Other tasks that may assigned from time to time
