Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Full WFH - Canada Client)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support clients in the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate has experience with real estate tools, CRM systems, and administrative tasks specific to North American markets. Important: We may interview candidates even if a client isn’t ready yet. This allows you to be ready to start quickly once a client requires support. This is a remote, long-term opportunity for people who want steady work supporting US/Canada real estate clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage client communications, emails, and calendar schedules. Assist with property listings, MLS updates, and client follow-ups. Prepare marketing materials, social media posts, and property presentations. Conduct research on properties, market trends, and client leads. Support transaction coordination, including document preparation and compliance tracking. Maintain accurate records and reports in real estate CRM systems for both US and Canadian clients. Qualifications: Experience as a real estate VA supporting US and/or Canadian clients. Familiarity with MLS platforms, CRM tools, and real estate administrative software. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of US and Canadian real estate processes is highly required. Ability to work EST/PST night shifts reliably
