About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Entertainment and Content is responsible for the end-to-end content strategy and creative direction of our platform's live entertainment offerings. This role goes beyond traditional content management: it requires a leader who can architect compelling streaming programming, manage and develop on-screen talent, and drive audience development through high-quality live entertainment.

You will operate at the intersection of Content Strategy (show development, content scheduling, and platform growth), Creative Direction (scripting, format design, and entertainment brand building), and Talent Management (coaching performers into disciplined, engaging hosts who drive real-time audience interaction). The Programming Manager reports directly to this role and handles day-to-day execution, while you own the strategic vision and creative direction.

This role does not require iGaming experience. We are actively seeking top talent from the media, entertainment, and broadcasting industry who can bring fresh production expertise and creative excellence to our platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy and Creative Direction: Define and execute the overall entertainment and content strategy for the platform. Set the creative direction for all live entertainment offerings, building a distinctive entertainment brand identity.

• Streaming Programming and Audience Development: Design and oversee the streaming programming lineup, developing show concepts and formats that drive audience development, engagement, and platform growth.

• Talent Management and Enablement: Recruit, develop, and manage on-screen talent. Provide hands-on coaching on communication discipline, delivery techniques, and the execution of structured content flows during live broadcasts. Transform performers into professional platform ambassadors.

• Content Scheduling and Production Leadership: Establish content scheduling frameworks, production workflows, quality standards, and content calendars. Build, manage, and mentor a production team including writers, producers, hosts, and technical crew.

• Live Entertainment Delivery: Oversee live show execution, ensuring smooth, professional, and broadcast-quality content delivery. Define the pacing, energy, and engagement cues engineered to maximize audience participation and retention.

• Entertainment Brand Building: Shape the platform's entertainment brand positioning, ensuring all content output reinforces the brand identity and drives long-term audience loyalty.

• Performance Optimization and Analytics: Monitor real-time audience engagement metrics (viewership, participation, retention). Implement a test-and-learn methodology to continuously refine scripts, show formats, and delivery styles based on data.

• Strategic Playbook Ownership: Maintain and evolve a living content and production playbook that serves as the definitive guide for entertainment delivery, scaling effectiveness as the platform grows.

• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate closely with the Brand and Partnerships team to ensure total alignment between on-platform talent content and off-platform campaigns, creating a seamless audience journey.

The Successful Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Film Production, Broadcasting, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in entertainment production, broadcasting, live media operations, or content creation, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role

• Demonstrated experience in content strategy, streaming programming, and creative direction

• Proven track record in talent management, including coaching on-screen talent or performers to achieve engagement outcomes

• Strong experience in audience development and live entertainment delivery

• Experience with content scheduling and managing production teams end-to-end

• Must be authorized to work in the Philippines

• Strong communication skills in English
