Job Description We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Gaming Account to assist players with account inquiries, technical issues, and in-game support. You will ensure a seamless gaming experience while delivering professional and friendly service. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate guidance on game accounts, features, and promotions
• Assist players with troubleshooting, account access, and in-game concerns
• Resolve questions or issues efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system
• Escalate complex or technical issues to specialized teams
• Meet quality, productivity, and player satisfaction metrics

Work Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comprehensive paid training on gaming systems, accounts, and processes

Requirements

• High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)

• Open to shifting schedules
