COMPANY PROFILE: A manufacturing company that is operating for about 15 years now. Specializes in manufacturing and distribution of wiring loom and data transmission cables. Position: Finance Assistant Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Hermosa, Bataan Work Schedule: 8am to 4pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000 Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related fields
- At least three 2-3 years' experience preferably in Business/Management and Cost Accounting
- With experience in Management/Cost Accounting and General Accounting is an advantage
- Amendable to work onsite in Bataan.
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, perform cost analyses, and prepare comprehensive financial reports to support business planning and decision-making.
- Accounting Operations: Manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare journal entries and accruals, and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Compliance and Audits: Assist with budget preparation, maintain internal control standards, ensure tax compliance, and support annual financial audits.
- Financial Reconciliation and Closing: Perform intercompany reconciliations and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
