LC - E. Auto Detailing Services / E. Welding Shop
The Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of units and common areas.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing units. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs.
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies.
- Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
- Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
