Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Reservations and Guest Experience to lead our vacation rental internal and OTA (Online Travel Agency) marketing strategy. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, ensuring the optimization of OTA listings, tracking performance metrics, and fostering collaboration across internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing and communication initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Optimize OTA listings (Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, Marriott, VRBO, etc.) to maintain a competitive edge and secure top rankings.
- Lead and coordinate marketing activities to generate leads and drive bookings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute promotional strategies.
- Design creative campaigns to inform clients and prospects about our products and services.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, leveraging insights to improve future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the vacation rental, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and OTA management tools is a plus.
