Responsibilities include:
- Dispatching technicians to jobs
- Applying for work / service requests
- Invoicing completed jobs by end of day (EOD)
- Answering and responding to emails
- Basic scheduling and job tracking
- Communicating with clients and technicians
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable with email, invoicing, and basic admin tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Experience in IT, low voltage, or service-based businesses is a plus (not required)
