National Sales Manager/10 years same field from FMCG

Position: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably Business, Marketing or Engineering
• At least 10 years proven work experience as National Sales Manager covering

areas in Luzon, Visayas &Mindanao in an FMCG environment, preferably Food

• Experience in managing a high performance Sales team
• Strong capability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics and

prescribe solutions and monitor nd manages assigned next step

• Solid customer service attitude
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Knowledge in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
• Working Knowledge in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Sales

Process Automation application (SFA or its equivalent), Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) Systems application (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Work Environment (office and fieldwork)
• Physical Demand (field visits, work-with sales people, customers,

distributors and other stakeholders; work beyond regular working hours; work from Mondays to Saturdays or beyond as the situation requires; and to travel as needed)  Above average in people handling skills
