Position: Mandarin E-Commerce Executive Industry: Biggest Mobile Technology Company Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday-Friday at 9AM-6PM) Salary: Php 70,000-Php 100,000 Work Set-up: Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- ️Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)
- ️Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- ️At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.
- ️Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
- ️Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- ️Oversee daily operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
- ️Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, market share, and profitability.
- ️Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and major marketplace events.
- ️Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, pricing, inventory, and key performance indicators.
- ️Coordinate with marketing, logistics, warehouse, and product teams to ensure efficient operations.
- ️Manage online advertising budgets and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- ️Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- ️Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, business partners, or headquarters regarding product and operational matters, as applicable.
- ️Lead the e-commerce team in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.
