• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BPO, accounting and virtual assistance).
• Must be familiar with accounting tools (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or modern) specialized project-tracking suites.
• Excellent oral and written English interaction skills; fully prepared for a stable, productive day shift schedule.

• Expert-level, hands-on administration expertise in HubSpot mandatory.
• Demonstrated portfolio of producing complete end-to-end sales funnels, high-performance web pages, and complex sequence logic flows.
• Proven tracking history of deploying and optimizing profitable, data-backed PPC advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with the US Real Estate market, lead gen frameworks, or broker marketing tactics is a significant advantage.

• At least 2 years and above of experience in college for non accountants. (Or 2 years BPO experience)
• Has the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written English interaction skills; fully prepared for a stable, productive day shift schedule.
