WE’RE HIRING: Listing & Settlement Administrator – Real Estate VA
Redmond Realty, an established real estate agency in Perth, WA, is looking for a full-time Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support its sales team.
This is a hands-on sales administration role—not just data entry. You’ll keep contracts, deadlines, deposits, settlements, paperwork and Eagle CRM moving so the agents can focus on selling.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the shared sales inbox
• Set up and maintain new listings in Eagle CRM
• Manage contracts, conditions, due dates and settlements
• Process deposit receipts and commission invoices, including GST
• Coordinate with sellers, buyers, agents, settlement agents and suppliers
• Manage signboards and Landgate title documents
• Maintain accurate sales and property records
• Support sold listings and draft rental advertising
• Proactively monitor deadlines and follow up outstanding items
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on Eagle CRM experience
Australian real estate sales administration experience
WA real estate experience is highly desirable
Strong understanding of contracts, conditions and settlements
Accurate commission/GST calculations
Excellent written English
Exceptional attention to detail
Confident communication and follow-up skills
Discretion with confidential client and financial information
Good judgment—you escalate issues rather than guess
Nice to have: Landgate title searches, Realty Assist invoicing, property management/rental advertising experience, and experience supporting sales agents.
Full-time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM AWST | No weekends
Perth, WA | Remote VA
