The Role  

As our  Property Listing Specialist , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our property listings on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our Direct Booking Site are accurate, engaging, and high-performing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an eye for detail, a passion for SEO optimization, and a collaborative mindset. 

You'll be responsible for maximizing occupancy and revenue by ensuring our listings are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with both market trends and guest expectations. Plus, you’ll help create a seamless guest experience by working closely with multiple teams across the business. 

What You’ll Do  

• Listing Management: Publish, update, and optimize listings across multiple platforms 
• SEO & Content Optimization: Enhance descriptions, visuals, and pricing strategies to boost visibility and conversion rates 
• Data Management: Maintain accurate property information and generate performance reports 
• Photo & Content Quality Assurance: Ensure all photos and descriptions match property details 
• Performance Analysis: Track key metrics and identify underperforming listings, recommending action plans 
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with cleaning, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure accurate listings 
• Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, scheduling, and ad-hoc administrative tasks 

What We’re Looking For  

• 3–4 years’ experience in data entry, SEO optimization, listing management content management, e-commerce, admin, or listing operations 
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia or other OTA systems 
• Excellent English communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word , and familiarity with PMS tools 
• Organised, analytical, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently 
• Team-oriented and aligned with Smart Suites’ values (COCHET) 

Engagement Details  

• Type: Independent contractor (PH offshore) 
• Compensation: AUD 1,300 – 1,500/month 
• Schedule: Full-time, AU shift (flexible) 
• Time Tracking: All contractors use Hubstaff for time and productivity tracking to ensure accuracy and transparency in work. 

Selection Process  

• Initial Interview (30 to 45 minutes): An initial conversation to learn about your background, experience, and professional goals. You'll also have the chance to ask questions about the engagement and the client. 
• Technical Live Assessment (60 to 90 minutes): This stage evaluates your practical capabilities in sales outreach, lead qualification, and virtual negotiations, using real-world scenarios relevant to the scope of services. 
• Behavioral Interview (60 minutes): Focuses on your communication style, cultural alignment, and how you build trust and relationships in a remote business environment. 
• Pre-Engagement Steps (10 - 15 minutes) 
• IT Audit: To ensure compliance with technology standards and security protocols. 
• Reference Check: We will contact your provided professional references to verify your history and capabilities. 
• Meet the Founder (30 to 60 minutes): A welcoming conversation where you'll connect directly with the company's founder. This is your chance to discuss engagement terms, share your own goals, and ask any final questions. You'll also get an inside look at the company's vision, culture, and exciting growth plans for the future.
