Autocad Engineer

Drafting & Design:

• Create, modify, and update mechanical drawings, schematics, and blueprints using AutoCAD software.
• Ensure the accuracy and precision of designs, ensuring they comply with engineering standards and project requirements.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to gather requirements and ensure designs meet specifications.
• Communicate design updates and revisions to stakeholders.

Documentation:

• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project files.
• Ensure that all mechanical drawings are updated and version-controlled for future reference.

Quality Control:

• Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct checks to ensure all technical specifications are properly documented and adhered to in the final designs.

3D Modeling (Optional):

• Develop 3D models of mechanical components or assemblies, if required, to assist in visualization and manufacturing.

Support Manufacturing:

• Provide detailed drawings that assist in the manufacturing and assembly of mechanical systems and components.
• Offer support during the production process by providing additional drawings or adjustments based on feedback.

Revisions and Updates:

• Modify existing drawings based on changes in design specifications, materials, or construction methods.
• Maintain accurate revision histories for all changes made to drawings.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in CAD Designing and Cost Estimation.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in costing, surveying, and effective planning and forecasting; strong observation skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee construction projects, manage budgets, ensure quality control, and coordinate with teams.
• Working Conditions: Primarily on-site; may require occasional overtime and flexibility.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
