Product Specialist

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any IT related course
● At least 3 years of experience under a sales or account management role, primarily handling IT products or business automation software.
● Familiarity with product / software development lifecycles and frameworks
● Affinity towards different aspects of marketing
● Strong research and analytical skill
● Capable of cross-team collaboration
● Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Flexible and agile in the management of tasks and responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Prospect and qualify leads who fit the target market for assigned products.
● Manage and maintain the client base to sustain sales efforts
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
● Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
● Negotiating and closing sales deals, as well managing renewals and upsells
● Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
● Act as the product expert by staying up to date with product updates and development progress
● Collaborate with the product development team, providing client feedback for the further improvement of the assigned products
● Collaborate with other sales and technical teams as a product champion, working on business development opportunities where assigned products may be offered
● Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
