Key Responsibilities: A. Delivery Operations • Ensures that products loaded in the delivery trucks are accurate in quantity and specifications as per load manifest
- Checks and inspects delivery vehicle unit for safety using the BLOWFAAD form
- Ensures that documents and equipment required for the delivery are complete prior to
- Transports the products promptly and within schedule
- Assists in the unloading of the goods to ensure fast, efficient and safe transport of the
- Collects Bad Orders as indicated in the delivery documents (negative invoice, RTV)
- Escalates delivery rejections and follows Distribution Supervisor’s disposition
- Compiles, encodes, categorizes and audits data once the products are delivered
- Performs collection activity for certain outlets as may be designated
- Performs cooler replenishment for Direct to Store Deliveries
- Secures documents (receipts, invoices) and collection (cash or check) in the course of
- Presents a good image of the company when dealing with the clients
- Interacts with the clients regarding their concerns and complaints
- Ensures compliance to currently implemented procedures and processes (e.g. CROCS,
- Ensures proper use and cleanliness of the truck being used
- Transfer of trucks for maintenance/repair
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in driving articulated trucks (10 wheeler)
- Professional Driver’s License Restriction B & B1
- With NCII and NCIII certification
