Career Support Group Senior Manager (Recruitment)

The Career Support Group Senior Manager is responsible for leading the Career Support department, ensuring high performance, operational excellence, and exceptional client service. This role oversees department-wide strategy, team performance, process improvement, and client relationships while driving scalable solutions that support business growth. The Senior Manager develops leadership talent, enhances operational efficiency, manages key stakeholder relationships, and ensures the achievement of placement, quality, and productivity goals. Responsibilities:
- Lead the Career Support function and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive overall department performance, including placements, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Translate business strategies into scalable operational plans and initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers while building leadership and succession pipelines.
- Drive talent development, capability building, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee process improvement, operational transformation, and efficiency projects.
- Identify and resolve systemic issues through scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve service quality, performance, and business outcomes.
- Manage strategic client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and key clients.
- Handle escalations and ensure alignment between operational delivery and client expectations.
- Provide strategic reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Promote compliance with company values, standards, and organizational principles.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8–12+ years of experience in operations, customer support, contact center, or related fields, including senior leadership experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Senior Manager role.
- Strong background in account management, client services, or customer relationship management.
- Experience supporting US RPO and high-volume recruitment environments.
- Proven experience using and scaling CRM and ATS platforms.
- Strong expertise in process improvement, operational excellence, and business transformation.
- Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, Scrum, or related continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing large-scale operational change initiatives.
