What is the CSS role?
Consulting Support Services – Manager

The opportunity
CSS role enables Consulting Engagement team’s efficiency and delivery through the key project management and coordination activities. 
We support end-to-end engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement, region and competencies. We help in project coordination & management, financial analysis, engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries.

Your key roles and responsibilities 
•    Manage operations for multiple global clients / processes. Co-ordination, supervision, and development of a growing team 
•    Grow CSS business through building networks, integrating with client engagements and developing new services
•    Interface regularly with engagement stakeholders, develop strong working relationships and leverage information gained to anticipate client needs
•    Involve in people initiatives including recruiting and training professionals and act as a role model
•    Lead and collaborate on team and Consulting level initiatives
•    Manage and counsel team span of 15-20, Staff, Senior and Assistant Manager
•    Team development (mentoring, counselling, team building), fostering the key values of EY
•    Responsible for quality control, review of the team's work, and ensuring overall adherence to Turn Around Time, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement
•    Facilitating establishment of new work from project initiation to 'business as usual'
•    Be insightful about the Consulting solutions and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations
•    Cultivate strong understanding of technology trends and AI applications to provide insights and applicable support for our clients and stakeholders in achieving their business goals
•    Reporting, preparing Business Reviews and Dashboards for client team including senior leadership 
•    Support quality and risk management needs across Consulting practices
•    Able to effectively summarize and conclude on work, applying appropriate documentation standards
•    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation

Skills and attributes for success

•    Any Graduate, preferably Business Mgt./Business Admin/Economics or Master’s degree
•    Good to have PMP, Prince 2 or relevant certifications
•    Previous relevant Industry or project management experience- ideally at least 10+ years with 1-2 years’ experience in mid-level management role
•    Excellent people skills, promotes teamwork, ability to lead and motivate a group of 15-20 team members
•    Very strong organizational and management skills; ability to delegate effectively and allocate work amongst team members
•    Strong English communication - both written and verbal
•    Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft suite (Excel, power point presentation, Power Apps/ PowerBI etc.)  
•    Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks
•    Assertive, with strong influencing skills
•    Prior experience working with Global clientele preferred
•    Confident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally
