Description - Assist patients by answering inquiries and providing information about healthcare services.
- Manage patient appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Support administrative tasks in the healthcare setting to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Working Conditions: On-site work in a healthcare environment
Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School
Minimum of 6 months BPO Healthcare experience
Must have Call Center / Customer Service experience
Amenable to work onsite
