Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
• Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO)
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and monitor ROI
• Create, schedule, and analyze engaging content for social media platforms
• Track and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing dashboards
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
• Graphic design or video editing experience is an advantage
