Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage (required).
- Experience with payroll processing and tax filing is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and analyze financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial compliance standards.

- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot accounting issues.
