- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing and billing.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintain and update financial records, preparing reports for review by senior accounting staff or management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
