Description - Operate road roller equipment to compact asphalt and earth materials.
- Inspect machinery before use to ensure safety and optimal functioning.
- Collaborate with site managers and other operators to coordinate operations effectively.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in minor repairs and maintenance of the road roller.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to operate heavy machinery
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions
