Growthbacker (Remote Sales Representative) Join Cyberbacker as a Growthbacker and help business owners discover solutions that support their growth. This is a performance-driven remote sales role for motivated professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving business challenges, and achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients. Schedule and lead Business Evaluation Meetings. Identify client needs and present tailored Cyberbacker solutions. Build rapport, address objections, and guide prospects through the sales process. Maintain accurate records and achieve individual sales targets. Qualifications Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills. Confident in outbound sales and consultative conversations. Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
