Description - Perform laboratory tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
- Analyze samples and report results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy of testing.
- Follow safety and quality control protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to discuss results and contribute to patient care.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry level, no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in drug testing and laboratory procedures.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
