Compensation and Benefits Specialist

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist manages and administers employee compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fairness. This role supports the design and implementation of benefits packages, resolves payroll and benefits-related concerns, and ensures proper documentation and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources, with specific experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Understanding of compensation structures, benefits package design, and administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Ability to resolve discrepancies and conflicts related to compensation, benefits, and payroll efficiently
- Precision in managing complex calculations and compliance requirements to ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration
