We are looking for a results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure service excellence. If you have strong leadership skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Travel industry background is a plus — but not required.

- Supervise and manage daily team operations
- Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
- Provide coaching and performance feedback
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare performance and operations reports
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
