About the Role
We are seeking a Process Writer to support a large-scale shared services transformation program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive SOP packages by working closely with subject matter experts and service owners to elicit and document standardized processes. You will play a vital role in translating complex workflows into clear, operational procedures aligned with an Enterprise Service Management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete SOP packages, including process maps, workflows, roles and responsibilities, performance metrics, escalation paths, and control points.
- Document current-state workflows and design future-state processes aligned with shared services principles.
- Facilitate structured working sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and service owners to elicit requirements and validate workflows.
- Apply established templates, frameworks, and documentation standards to ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all outputs.
- Review existing documentation, identify process dependencies or risks early, and pre-build draft outputs ahead of stakeholder sessions.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in process documentation, business analysis, or technical writing.
- Strong expertise in SOP development, process mapping, and workflow design.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar BPMN tools.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and oral/written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and structured working style with the ability to operate independently.
