Field Sales Executive
SPARKO SURFACE COATINGS, INC.
We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for prospecting new customers, doing field visits, closing sales, and providing excellent service to our clients while meeting your monthly sales quota.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Target Achievement
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Present and promote our products/services to prospective and existing customers
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, referrals, networking, and walk-ins
Research and build a pipeline of qualified leads in your assigned area or territory
Keep an updated database of prospects, leads, and customer information
Attend trade shows, events, and promotional activities when required
Field Work
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
Follow the planned schedule, routes, and customer coverage set by the Sales Manager
Submit daily activity reports, visit logs, and sales updates on time
Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer needs in the field
Customer Service and Account Management
Build and maintain good, long-term relationships with customers
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
Coordinate with Operations, Billing, and Logistics for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
Assist with collections and follow up on payments when needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
[1–2] years of sales experience (field sales experience is an advantage); fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to do field work
Good time management and organizational skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
Willing to travel and work at Lucena
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle/motorcycle is an advantage (if applicable)
Basic salary plus attractive commission and incentives
