- Assist in identifying customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Support sales team in achieving targets through various promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and report to management for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Experience: Cellphone Accessories
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong sales support capabilities
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, approachable, and motivated
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Working Conditions: Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays may be required
