Description
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, patch holes, and apply primer to walls, ceilings, and fixtures before painting.
Painting & Finishing: Apply paint, varnish, stain, or enamel to guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
Color Matching: Mix paints to match existing hotel color schemes and design guidelines.
Touch-Ups & Repairs: Fix wall cracks, chips, and scuffs routinely to keep areas looking pristine.
Maintenance Support: Assist the engineering and maintenance team with general upkeep tasks when needed..
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
- Responsibilities and Duties: Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
