Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Work from Home)

Ensure smooth and timely real estate transactions. This role is crucial for keeping everything organized from contract to closing. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes. Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc. Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance. Coordinate moving/possession schedules. Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process. Enter all client information into the client database. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Highly detail-oriented Strong organizational and time management skills Strong coordination and scheduling skills. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
