JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect incoming materials, packaging, production processes, and finished products.
- Conduct sampling, testing, weighing, and equipment calibration .
- Monitor product traceability and identify non-conforming products.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, calibration logs, and documentation .
- Coordinate with Production and Warehouse to resolve quality issues.
- Support HALAL compliance, internal audits, and quality improvement activities .
QUALIFICATIONS
- College level or graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Nutrition & Dietetics , or related science course.
- Strong background in HALAL preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and HALAL Assurance System (HAS) is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant manufacturing/QC experience are welcome.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and shifting schedules .
