Description - Perform polishing operations on various metal surfaces to achieve desired finishes.
- Conduct surface inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the polishing process.
- Utilize different polishing techniques and tools to enhance the appearance of gemstones and metals.
- Maintain tools and equipment in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize the assembly process and improve production efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in polishing or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English and knowledgeable in metal buffing and polishing techniques.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough surface inspections.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with assembly processes including lost mold casting and sand casting processes.
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with exposure to metalworking machinery.
