COMPANY PROFILE: This company is a Philippines-based company with almost 3 decades years of experience in marketing, distributing and developing household appliances. They are the distributor of home appliances. Position: Sales Director Company Industry: Manufacturing & Distributor (Home Appliances) Work Location: Quezon City Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30AM-7:10PM Salary: Php30,000.00 – Php50,000 Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business course
- At least 3 years in Sales leadership role
- With experience working in home appliances industry
- Ability to develop sales strategies, set quotas, and project sales volume.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- Willing to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train and mentoring team members to meet or exceed their KPIs.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to meet the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas and forecasts.
- Analyze tracking sales metrics to identify the areas for improvement.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and the assigning sales and budgets.
- Oversee the high-level client’s negotiations and resolve the customer complaints.
