Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented ServiceNow QA Tester / Test Analyst to support quality assurance and testing activities across ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and platform integrations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in software testing, particularly within the ServiceNow environment, and familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute test cases and test scripts to validate ServiceNow applications, configurations, workflows, and system enhancements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Document test results, identify defects, track issues, and coordinate with developers and project stakeholders to support timely resolution.
- Assess testing scope, complexity, and coverage across projects or testing engagements, ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines are met.
- Utilize appropriate testing tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency, accuracy, and overall test coverage.
- Support the use and execution of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), including test script creation, maintenance, execution, and troubleshooting, depending on experience level.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members throughout the software development and implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in software quality assurance and testing, including hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and/or UAT testing.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, platform configurations, workflows, and related testing processes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), with experience in test creation, execution, maintenance, or optimization considered an advantage.
- Experience using test management, defect tracking, and documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
