About the role
Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring all activities comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site performance
Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Identify project risks, resolve construction issues, and implement corrective actions
Monitor project costs and ensure efficient use of resources
Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management
Ensure timely completion and proper turnover of projects
About you
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management
Proven experience in managing commercial, residential, or other building construction projects
Strong leadership, project planning, coordination, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance
Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, safety regulations, and building codes
Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
