QA Analyst (Oil Mill)

Job Overview

Primarily accountable and responsible for the analyses of process materials and finished products and determines whether the required specifications are attained so that proper adjustments in the production floor can be done.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Perform analytical testing of intermediate products and finished goods using appropriate laboratory techniques and equipment;
2. Ensure accurate, complete, and timely generation of test results, adhering to standard operating procedures;
3. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure their accuracy and reliability;
4. Analyze and interpret test data, identify trends, and communicate findings to relevant interested parties;
5. Participate in proficiency testing programs to validate analytical skills and maintain competency;
6. Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment;
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development (if applicable), troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives; and
8. Perform other duties as requested by the Management.
