Social Media Content Execution
- Prepare and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design to develop visuals and assets for social media posts
- Support the conversion of PR stories, announcements, and campaigns into social media content
- Maintain the social media content calendar
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
- Ensure timely promotion of product launches, partnerships, and company milestones
- Support digital campaigns by preparing social media assets and coordinating publishing schedules
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to amplify campaigns through social channels
- Assist in adapting campaign content into formats suitable for social media
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms
- Respond to basic inquiries or route customer questions to the appropriate teams
- Monitor brand mentions and online discussions
- Track social media performance metrics and engagement trends
- Assist in preparing simple social media reports and insights
- Monitor competitor and industry social activity
- Work closely with PR & Corporate Communications to amplify media coverage and thought leadership through social platforms
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design on visual assets for social media content
- Support the Digital Marketing in executing campaigns and maintaining online presence
