We're looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent across our growing portfolio of roles. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Team Leads to build strong candidate pipelines and deliver the talent needed to keep our clients and business moving.

This isn't just a job-board-and-wait role. You'll be expected to think strategically about where the right candidates are, how to reach them, and what will make them interested in the opportunity. You'll use Boolean search, AI-powered sourcing tools, data mining, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities to consistently uncover high-potential candidates.

You'll also own the initial candidate experience, from proactive outreach and telephone screening through to candidate presentation. You'll need to understand the role deeply, assess candidate suitability, sell strong profiles internally, and maintain accurate recruitment data throughout the process.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

Sourcing & Talent Identification

• Review client calibrations and job descriptions to develop a deep understanding of the roles you're sourcing for.
  
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies based on role requirements, target markets, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
  
• Use Boolean search methodology, AI-powered sourcing tools, data mining techniques, and other innovative sourcing approaches to identify high-potential candidates.
  
• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, direct networking, sourcing communities, and internal databases.
  
• Research industries, competitor hiring activity, talent markets, and emerging sourcing technologies to improve sourcing strategies.
  
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for immediate hiring needs and future workforce requirements.
  

Candidate Engagement & Screening

• Proactively engage candidates and communicate opportunities in a compelling and professional manner.
  
• Conduct telephone screens and initial interviews independently before presenting candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners and Team Leads.
  
• Assess candidate suitability against role requirements, client expectations, and recruitment criteria.
  
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and assessment information in Zoho.
  
• Effectively present and "sell" qualified candidates internally to TA Partners and TA Team Leads.
  
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and minimise candidate drop-offs.
  

Candidate Experience

• Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Ensure candidates receive clear communication, timely updates, and appropriate guidance at every stage.
  
• Take ownership of candidate relationships and ensure candidates leave the Staff Domain recruitment process with a positive impression, regardless of the outcome.
  

Talent Pooling & Database Management

• Identify candidates who may be suitable for future opportunities and proactively talent pool them.
  
• Maintain accurate and complete candidate profiles, notes, tags, and recruitment activity within Zoho.
  
• Ensure candidate information and recruitment records remain current and reliable.
  
• Contribute to the development and strength of Staff Domain's internal talent database.
  

Recruitment Reporting & Communication

• Provide weekly recruitment updates to the TA Team Lead, including pipeline status, progress, challenges, and next steps.
  
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and sourcing outcomes.
  
• Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, recruitment discussions, and performance reviews.
  
• Escalate recruitment challenges or candidate concerns to the appropriate Team Lead or Recruitment Lead.
  

Compliance & Process Adherence

• Follow Staff Domain's recruitment procedures, candidate control processes, and data privacy standards.
  
• Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately documented and recorded in Zoho.
  
• Maintain recruitment quality standards and follow established sourcing and candidate assessment processes.
  
• Ensure all candidate interactions reflect Staff Domain's commitment to a positive candidate experience.
  

Requirements

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably within an agency, in-house, BPO, or RPO environment.
  
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  
• Proficiency in sourcing across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
  
• Strong understanding of Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques.
  
• Ability to conduct telephone screens and initial candidate interviews independently.
  
• Strong candidate assessment and qualification skills.
  
• Comfortable using AI-powered recruitment and sourcing tools to improve efficiency and candidate discovery.
  
• Working knowledge of recruitment management software, with Zoho experience preferred.
  
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidate pipelines, and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with TA Partners and Team Leads.
  
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to effectively communicate the value of opportunities to passive candidates.
