Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations of assigned branches or business units Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff within the cluster Review and validate financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency Ensure proper tax compliance and timely submission of required reports (BIR, etc.) Implement process improvements and internal controls Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field CPA is an advantage At least 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with 2–3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance Experience in handling multiple branches or business units is preferred Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willing to travel across different business unit
