Available Roles – TaskUs Ortigas
- Payroll Campaign (Financial) | Salary: Up to ₱30,000
- FinTech Fraud Management | Salary: Up to ₱25,000
- FinTech Sanction Screening | Salary: Up to ₱27,000
- FinTech Know Your Customer (KYC) | Salary: Up to ₱25,000
- FinTech Chargeback & Disputes | Salary: Up to ₱25,000
As a Customer Service Representative for TaskUs Ortigas , you will:
- Assist customers in financial accounts such as payroll, fraud prevention, disputes, and KYC verification.
- Review, investigate, and resolve transactions, chargebacks, and account concerns with accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct screenings and verifications to protect customers and financial institutions.
- Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic support via voice or non-voice channels.
- Work with supportive leaders and teammates in a collaborative, fun, and engaging environment.
- Must be 18 years old and above
- At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience (depending on campaign)
- Preferably with Financial BPO background (Fraud, KYC, Chargebacks, Payroll, etc.)
- Good to above-average English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite at TaskUs Ortigas
