Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email Provide accurate information and basic troubleshooting Maintain excellent customer experience Follow simple account guidelines (training provided)QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- Basic English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
