Position: Accounting Manager Company Industry: Distributor Company Work Location: BGC Taguig Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) Salary: Up to Php 140,000 gross Work Set Up: On-site Benefits:

- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Open for non-CPA
- Experience working in a big 4 company and the same industry is an advantage.
- With 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Amendable to work at BGC Taguig (onsite)
- Can start as soon as possible
- Oversee the company's daily cash position, liquidity, and banking activities to ensure sufficient funding for operations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce credit policies, credit limits, and collection strategies to minimize financial risk and improve cash flow.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls over cash receipts, disbursements, and treasury transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, company policies, and governance standards related to treasury and credit management.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Credit and Treasury team, promoting accountability, operational efficiency, and continuous development.
- Collaborate with Retail, Trading, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Legal, and Operations teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, liquidity reports, and credit exposure assessments to support management's decision-making.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and policy updates to strengthen treasury and credit operations and support organizational initiatives.
