- Assess clients' financial needs and goals through detailed consultations.
- Provide tailored investment, retirement, tax, and insurance advice.
- Create comprehensive financial plans and strategies to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Monitor client portfolios, making adjustments as needed based on market conditions and life changes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in financial regulations.
- Cultivate and manage a book of business, developing strong client relationships.
- Educate clients on financial products and services to help them make well-informed decisions.
- Proactively address client inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (required).
- Proven experience in financial planning or advisory services.
- Active licenses (Series 7, Series 66, CFP, or equivalent, depending on jurisdiction) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present it in an understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Sales-driven with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
