About the role
INSTA POST ADVERTISING AGENCY OPC' is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Marikina City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients within the Advertising, Arts & Media industry.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new leads and sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knows how to talk and listen - clients love you for a reason
- Goal-chaser, results-maker, never boring
- Works like a leader, even without one watching
- Honest, reliable, and always delivers (just like us)
- Must have advertising or media industry experience
- Some college education required
- Fluency in both Filipino and English for effective client communication
