Business Services Consultant

Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, regular client visits, and exceptional customer service.
- Understand client needs and pain points, and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Consulting & Solution Delivery:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and business process analysis.
- Develop and present customized solutions and recommendations to clients.
- Guide clients through the implementation and adoption of recommended solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure successful project delivery.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of service offerings.
Knowledge Management:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team through presentations, workshops, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
