Accounting Admin Assistant

Full-time

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in office administration and accounting support. Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with petty cash handling and expense monitoring is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record daily office expenses and petty cash transactions
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting documentation
  • Prepare and organize receipts, invoices, and expense reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchases, deliveries, and payments
  • Communicate with clients regarding documents, schedules, and administrative concerns
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial and office records
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and office supply management
  • Support daily administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and office records Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
