This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in office administration and accounting support. Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Familiarity with petty cash handling and expense monitoring is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Monitor and record daily office expenses and petty cash transactions
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting documentation
- Prepare and organize receipts, invoices, and expense reports
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchases, deliveries, and payments
- Communicate with clients regarding documents, schedules, and administrative concerns
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and office records
- Assist in inventory monitoring and office supply management
- Support daily administrative and clerical tasks as needed
