- Maintain and adhere to food safety standards in the preparation and storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient production of baked items.
- Keep the baking area clean and organized for optimal workflow.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a bakery or relevant kitchen environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and creativity in pastry design
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a passion for baking and culinary arts
