Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent support through phone, chat, or email. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply).
• College graduates or undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite or in a hybrid setup, depending on business requirements.
